Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
We offer several shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Ground: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
Orders placed before 1 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

- Standard Ground: $8.95 (FREE on orders over $75)
- Expedited: $19.95
- Express: $29.95
- Overnight: $49.95
International Shipping
We ship to the following countries:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- European Union countries
- Japan
International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package ships. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using our order tracking system on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Signature may be required for delivery of orders over $200.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Peter Grimm hat. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In new, unworn condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
How to Initiate a Return

- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the items you wish to return
- Choose your return reason
- Print your prepaid shipping label
Return Methods
- Prepaid Label: Use our prepaid return label for $6.95 deducted from your refund
- Free Return: Free returns are available for store credit
- Exchange: Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors
Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Return Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Worn or damaged products
- Items without original tags
- Personalized merchandise
- Gift cards
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage
- We will send a replacement immediately
